The workshop is located on the grounds of Embria Village, in Finland. This isn't a made-to-order production shop — it's an open space for the village's staff and guests, where anyone can come and make something with their own hands.
Here you can learn to use the equipment, try woodworking, laser cutting, 3D printing or metal casting, make a souvenir to remember your visit, or bring your own idea to life — on your own or with a craftsman's help.
What the workshop is equipped with
A large laser machine for cutting and engraving wood, plywood and other materials.
A CNC milling machine for precise shaping of wood and other materials from digital designs.
Printing prototypes, parts and models in plastic.
A panel saw and a full set of woodworking equipment for working with solid wood.
The workshop is open to everyone
Make something with your own hands to take home — from a wooden plaque to a 3D-printed souvenir.
The workshop also has room for more serious projects — such as metal casting and electronics work.
